Hello, I’m Rebecca.
Whole-body, Client-centered Bodywork Therapist & Founder of Collective Wellness
As a multidisciplinary practitioner, I honor both Eastern and Western modalities—and believe in both preservation and progress.
By using ancient bodywork traditions alongside modern massage techniques, I help people connect to themselves and each other.

I believe in the transformational power of connection to self and to each other.

My Approach
I am present with you.
I meet your body where it’s at in each moment.
Living in the modern world, many of us have lost contact with our bodies. Accustomed to unresolved trauma, complicated emotions and pain, we feel disconnected and scattered, living so much in our minds we forget they’re connected to a body at all.
Through powerful lineage practices in movement, stillness and bodywork, I help guide you home to yourself. If you’ve never been home, let’s explore what that feels like together.

“A culture of sharing is a culture of resilience.”
Robin Wall Kimmerer
What does Collective Wellness mean?
The name Collective Wellness comes from our mission to decolonize wellness culture, which misleads many into a hyper-individualized approach.
As an Asian-American woman, I know self-care cannot solve systemic issues—especially those like ancestral trauma, grief and fear that disproportionally impact people of color and historically marginalized bodies and minds.
Through individual, communal and community care, Collective Wellness aims to support those who need this work most. We offer sliding-scale rates and pay-it-forward programs (please reach out if you are interested in either).
We acknowledge that this work takes place on Dakota land and that we are receiving the gifts of this land in every moment.

"Safety is not the absence of threat…
it is the presence of connection.”
